Rum Running vessel “Salt Mist” was featured in art and imagery by Rosemary. This high speed ship was purpose built to ply coastal waters of BC and West Coast USA delivering illegal liquor, but later became an RCAF west coast cruiser during WWII, AND later, a BC forest service ship. Many stories for a ship still afloat (2015) after more than 75 hard years at sea.
BC coast artworks displayed by Rosemary in art exhibitions and events, from south to central and north coast regions. Marine art, researching community, non-profit, business; and featuring school projects and programs. Showcasing local cultures, geography, maritime history, ships and salty fun – land, sea, and flying above.
